  1. My PR standard deadlift (with wraps, overhand grip) was 1 Rep at 405, and more realistically 5 at 365.

    600+ is fucking nutty even for most guys. Even with the limited range of motion here and the bar she’s using. God damn.

  2. She could dead lift my fat ass and as someone who has never been able to be physically picked up in my adult life, I would be over the moon to finally have someone give me a piggy back 🥺

    Fuck, I should get into dead lifting and turn this fat ass into a phat ass.
