This is so stupid, how many millions extra did it cost to turn a building into the shape of a fish, the nextfuckinglevel for our oceans is bare
Hyperbad architecture
As an Indian Architect I can say, we use this building as an example of shitty architecture.
Is there any backstory to why the fisheries department is in Hyderabad, a city far from any actual fisheries?

Hope the architect is 7, because that is inexcusable otherwise
Spent more on the building than they actually did trying to save the fish!
